Talk to a quit counciler a couple of days ago, and he helped me with a few things I was struggling with. That is the one of the main things that the quit line has to help you out, somebody available 24/7 for support. Have started putting $10.00 per day (what I was spending on smokes) in the "quit jar." and it is really adding up. If you are thinking about quitting, give Alaska's Tobacco Quit Line a call yourself. 1-800-quit-now. Time well spent.

Doing good, got a big test this weekend as the wife and kids go out of town, and for me, boredom usually leads to the urge to smoke. Gonna have to kind something else to do to keep me occupied. (That I won't get in trouble for when they get back.)
